SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment of Orders | Most orders are shipped within 2–4 full business days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Costs | Local options are only available for customer who have contacted us prior to ordering and have made arrangements. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Standard shipping is applied at checkout. For special orders requiring individualized shipping, costs are based on service from our location to your delivery location ZIP Code (U.S. locations only). The shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping option you choose at checkout. In some cases, partial refunds of shipping cost may be applied.

Delivery Delays | WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS and other conditions beyond the control of the carrier may cause a delay in delivery. Contact us if you have any questions regarding current delivery exceptions in your area. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES may delay delivery of your order and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment in this situation.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your products, contact us immediately. In most cases, we will issue store credit for your purchase price (excluding original shipping charges) when merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. In the event that an item is partially damaged we may issue a partial refund or replacement at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference.
Wholesale Order Returns: Please note that wholesale orders are subject a 20% or higher restocking fee, depending on circumstances.
